Description

The KWM Gutterman IronMan Gutter Machine 5/6 Inch Combo helps users create 5-inch and 6-inch K-style gutters. This machine will create seamless, customized gutters with precision and ease. Most residential gutters are 5-inch OGEE, while commercial and high-water homes use 6-inch gutters. This continuous channel-forming machine allows users to design ogee gutters to any desired size. This KWM Ironman gutter machines feature a polyurethane passive drive system and Stainless-steel forming rollers. The polyurethane drive system eliminates the need to load coil prior to transportation, which reduces material waste and slippage from cold weather and condensation whereas the rollers allows the machine to roll-form all recommended materials with minimal or no adjustment.

Operation is simple and only requires the pushing of buttons to start and stop the machine. Spool packages are popular and conveniently mounted to the top of the gutter machine. Cradle packages will also mount to the top of the gutter machine but are slightly easier to use than gutter spool packages as they require less labor. Depending on the option chosen, KWM IronMan seamless gutter machines come equipped with the front pull gutter guillotine or shear, as it will cleanly produce a crisp cut through the K-style gutter every time.

The 5/6 inch Combo KWM IronMan gutter machine can make several materials into gutters at maximum capacities of 24 gauge painted steel, 24 gauge galvanized steel, 24 gauge terne-coated steel, 24 gauge galvalume, 0.032 inches aluminum, and 16-20 ounces 3/4 hard copper. The production of this machine is approximately 35 feet per minute.

Please Note: Double spool packaged gutter machines do not come with transfer bars. The transfer bars must be purchased separately from the package. Machine Only option must be purchased with the KWM Gutterman OSHA Guard or the KWM Gutterman Front Pull Guillotine.
