The Polaris 12in. Smooth Solid Soffit Panel is designed with impact resistant vinyl and features a positive locking system for easier install and satisfaction of the homeowner. Various colors are available in a low luster matte finish for the smooth solid vinyl soffit, and there is a complete variety of ventilation arrangement options. The soffit panels themselves are engineered to produce a sag-free performance and have rigidity. This Solid soffit is used in places where ventilation is not necessary, such as inside. Smooth solid vinyl soffit must be spaced for proper ventilation if used outside. This soffit also coordinates with the Polaris Invent Soffit (which is warranted for soffit use only). All Polaris vinyl siding soffit panels are backed with a lifetime limited warranty that is 50 year transferrable.
