The Polaris 12in. Smooth Center Vent Vinyl Soffit is designed with impact resistant vinyl and features a positive locking system for easier install and satisfaction of the homeowner. Various colors are available in a low luster matte finish for the center vent vinyl soffit, and there is a complete variety of ventilation arrangement options. The soffit panels themselves are engineered to produce a sag-free performance and have rigidity. They also have holes for venting in the center 4in. section. All Polaris panels are backed with a lifetime limited warranty that is 50 year transferrable.
