The Kool Seal Elastomeric Finish Coat is designed to shield metal, single ply, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, concrete, EPDM, and Hypalon roofing surfaces.The Kool Seal Elastomeric Finish Coat is available in 5 and 7 year options. The 5 year option is an economy grade formula that protects roofing surfaces from heat and UV rays. The 7 year option is a long lasting formula that will renew and protect roofing surfaces from heat, UV rays, and the elements. It is recommended that the Kool Seal Elastomeric Finish Coat be used in conjunction with the Kool Seal Elastomeric Base Coat.

Can be used on metal roofing, single ply, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, concrete, EPDM, Hypalon, and existing asphaltic and elastomeric roof coatings. Not for use on roof shingles.

9 Year Color Options: White

11 Year Color Options: White, Gray, Black

Coverage: 50 - 100 square feet per gallon, per coat. Two coats recommended. Rough/porous surfaces will require additional coats.

Exposure to rain or heavy dew: 4 - 6 hours dry time

Exposure inbetween coats and before foot traffic: 24 hours dry time

Recommended tools: 3/8 - 1/2 inch nap roller, broom, or spray
