It is used prior to applying the CertainTeed SmartCoat 450 High Solids Silicone Coating. This sealer is appropriate for application to metal, asphalt, modified bitumen, concrete, and most single ply roofs. Once cured, the CertainTeed SmartCoat 350 Silicone Mastic creates a barrier that is durable, water resistant, and UV resistant.
