The CertainTeed SmartCoat 200 Asphalt Bleed Blocker is a water based formula with acrylic resins that are used to prevent bituminous oil exudate from bleeding through SmartCoat 400 Series Coatings. Although a primer is not required for SmartCoat 400 Series Coatings, this stain blocker also enhances adhesion to most bituminous surfaces such as BUR or modified asphalt. The CertainTeed SmartCoat 200 Asphalt Bleed Blocker is backed by a Limited Manufacturer Warranty.
