Henry Pro Grade 988 Silicone Roof Coating offers advanced protection against extreme weather, UV radiation, ozone, and temperature fluctuations. This professional-grade, one-component silicone formula features high solids content and no hydrocarbon solvents, allowing it to be applied in a single coat up to 50 mils thick, without blistering or compromising adhesion. This Henry roof coating can be used on smooth asphaltic BUR, smooth or granulated cap sheets, single ply roof membranes, well-adhered acrylic coating, metal, SPF, and aged membrane roofing. It is recommended that the surface be pressure-washed before application with at least a 2,000 psi pressure washer. The surface needs to be dry and free of frost. The pro guard coating can be applied with a 1/2 inch to 1-inch nap roller, brush, or commercial airless spray rig.
