Henry Pro Grade 167 Extreme Rubberized Flashing Cement 3 Gallon Pail

The Henry Pro Grade 167 Extreme Rubberized Flashing Cement is a premium flashing cement formulated with SEBS rubber, high-quality solvents, and UV inhibitors. It is used to permanently repair holes, cracks, and splits into composition shingles, mineral surface cap sheets, asphalt roofs, APP, SBS modified rubber roofs, cured concrete, and metal roofs. It can also be used to seal leaks and openings around flashings, chimneys, masonry, vents, skylights, joints in the metal edging, gutters, and more. Henry flashing cement will not falter in harsh weather conditions, and can be applied between -20 degrees and 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It is recommended to prep the surface prior to application by removing any debris, old roof cement, and by using a wire brush to rid the surface of any rust and scale.
