The consistency is soft and flexible, making it easy to bend. The Kool Seal Storm Patch Wet/Dry Patching Cement is recommended to be used on metal, asphalt, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, rolled roofing, asphalt/fiberglass shingles and chimney & pipe flashings. The Kool Seal SP Wet/Dry has a limited warranty.
