Kool Seal Premium Elastomeric Finish Coat

The Kool Seal Premium Elastomeric Finish Coat is a 100% acrylic roof coating that is designed to protect metal, single-ply, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, concrete, EPDM, and Hypalon roofs. The Premium Elastomeric Finish Coat is offered in 10-year or 12-year options that will revitalize most roofing surfaces. The Premium Elastomeric Finish Coat protects against heat, UV rays, and the elements. The Kool Seal Premium Elastomeric Finish Coat is formulated to be long-lasting and will expand and contract with the roof. It is recommended that the Kool Seal Premium Elastomeric Finish Coat be used in conjunction with the Kool Seal Elastomeric Base Coat.
