The ALCM Wet/Dry Roof Cement is a heavy bodied mastic cement with a special additive to help adhere to wet or damp surfaces. It will remain soft and pliable making sure there is a durable, weather proof seal. Apply Wet/Dry Roof Cement around chimneys, skylights, vent pipes, or gutters or to refasten loose shingles. Use to repair cracks, splits, or blisters on asphalt built up roofs or to repair or set flashings. It can be applied any time of the year, in any weather condition with a trowel or putty knife.

For use with emergency repairs in inclement weather or for any rooftop repair where a standard cement would be used

Can easily be applied with trowel or putty knife

Use on damp surfaces to create a tight long-lasting protective seal

Will stay soft and pliable in all weather conditions

Before use remove all dirt, dust, debris and standing water by brooming or pressure washing where it is necessary

10 to 12 hours to a light touch, any heavy applications should not be used with foot traffic
