The Milcor Aluminum Roof Hatch is a durable insulated hatch made of a sturdy aluminum base. This hatch features an extruded polystyrene for higher insulation values than other hatches which means it is more energy efficient compared to other hatches that may use fiberglass. The hatch cover completely opens to 90 degrees and is assisted by an enclosed torsion bar which ensures the cover opens easily. It also features automatic hold-open arms that keep the door opened securely. The Milcor Roof Hatch comes in three different size options to fit which ladder is being used.
