Description

The Grace Select Self Adhering Ice and Water Shield is a self-adhered roofing underlayment that is thin and light weight, making it easier to apply. It offers premium protection against severe climatic conditions such as wind, rain and the buildup of ice dams and is recommended to be used under most roofing materials and in a range of slopes including the very lowest and highest slope designs. The unique, advanced rubberized asphalt formulation allows the membrane to meet industry standards for fastener sealability equivalent to products that are often significantly thicker and heavier. Grace select underlayment features a quick fold less release paper that will not crack or dry out and is slip-resistant. This underlayment also has a rubberized asphalt layer that seals around roofing nails, allowing for a tight seal and added protection from the environmental changes.
