How do they hold up to full sun daily? How many years have you had them? How long it the warranty for Fading? Do you need to paint or treat them, of just install as is?

Can I cut from the bottom and top of a tapered wrap? And why can't I cut more than 3" if I only cut the bottom?

Thank you for your question regarding the Fypon PVC Column Wraps. Fypon recommends only 3a€? from the bottom on the Colum wraps that have design. This is so the design for (fluted, raised, or recess) is not affected. On the flat style we dona€?t have this issue but on the tapper style you will have to make some adjustments on the base to accommodate cap & base. I just want to confirm. If I buy a 8" x 12" x 54" Tapered column wrap will the top cap be 8" square and the bottom cap be 12" square? I also wanted to make sure that there is some adjustment in height.

The dimensions are nominal. The actual dimensions are actual size 7-3/4" x 7-3/4" - 11-3/4" x 11-3/4" x 54" . I am not sure what you mean regarding the height adjustment. The wraps can be nailed, cut and sanded just like wood products.

are the trim on the top and bottom included with this wrap (part #CWKT86174) and can this be returned if damaged on delivery?

These column wraps are virtually maintenance free, and do not need to be painted. However, if painting is desired, 100% acrylic latex paint with a Light Reflective Value (LRV) of 55% or higher must be used.
