The Certainteed Smartcoat 210 is an advanced, one-component, waterborne primer designed for use on TPO, concrete, galvalume, galvanized steel, aluminum and other common roof substrates even those that are difficult to adhere to. The Smartcoat 210 was developed to improve the adhesion of Smartcoat 400 series coatings to the substrate and to impart water resistance prior to the application of these coatings.

Please note: Not suitable for silicone

Dry TIme: 2-4 hours

Coverage: 1 – 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet, depending on surface porosity.

Apply only at temperatures between 50°F and 110°F and no threat of rain for 48-72 hours
