The installation of the Hydroshield EZ Smooth Flow is easy and efficient. Begin by placing the guard in the gutter, then fasten it securely by driving screws into the front edge of the gutter. E-Z-Flow Gutter Guard has two optional installation methods: First, after E-Z-Smooth Flow is screwed to the front gutter hem, the installer can screw through the cover in each hanger. This helps reduce the chance of heavy snow or ice ripping the gutter hem or hanger. Second, the installer can use 1.5 screws through holes in the rear vertical wall of E-Z-Smooth Flow into fascia.
