The Henry Pro Grade 923 Butter Grade Silicone Roof Sealer is a premium one-component roof sealer that is both flexible and resilient. This sealant can be easily applied by brush or trowel at thicknesses of up to ¼ inch thick. It can be used for direct metal repairs, SPF, smooth built up, smooth modified bitumen, granulated modified bitumen, aged single ply roof membrane, flashings, fasteners, and drains. It is recommended to prep the surface prior to application by removing debris and contaminants such as chalk, wax, and grease. A wire brush should be used to eliminate any rust and scale. Pro Grade 923 can be applied over existing silicone coatings or cured sealants, enhancing its versatility.
