The Kool Seal 3 Year Fibered Roof Coating is an economy grade fibered aluminum coating that protects roofing surfaces from heat, UV rays, and the elements. The fibers in this coating create a strong, durable surface. This coating is recommended for use on metal, aged aluminum coated, rolled, asphalt and modified bitumen roofing. The Kool Seal 3 Year Fibered Roof Coating has a 3 year limited warranty.

Exposure to rain or heavy dew: 4 - 6 hours dry time

Exposure in between coats and before foot traffic: 24 hours dry time

Recommended tools: 3/8 - 1/2 inch nap roller, broom, or spray
