This flashing is designed for creating a water tight seal around a roof opening for a Velux Skylight. When this flashing is applied correctly, Velux's No-Leak Guarantee will be honored. Each flashing has a built-in roofing material for proper water drainage.

Please Note: Due to variations of Skylight lengths, depending on which flashing kit accommodates your Velux Skylight, there may be extra step flashings after installation.
