GCP Grace Housewraps

Housewraps are designed to serve as a fully adhered weather resistive barrier. It effectively shields your home from wind-driven rain and air infiltration, significantly reducing the risk of mold and rot that can arise from prolonged exposure to moisture. The Grace EnV S Peel and Stick Housewrap is composed of a self-adhering membrane allowing it to breathe so condensation can leave the structure instead of remaining inside which can lead to mold and eventually rot. This housewrap fully molds to unprimed plywood, oriented strandboard (OSB), and sheathing. This lightweight peel and stick housewrap are user-friendly and can be exposed up to 90 days.
